Terms & conditions

Work can be undertaken either on an hourly rate or fixed price quotation for larger AV projects. We do not charge for quotations.

Payment, in full, is due upon completion of work, on the day of installation. Please make sure that you are totally happy at the time of installation with both operating and adjustments as call backs due to customer's errors and/or faults of equipment/materials/devices supplied by customer will be chargeable. However, we will be happy to give free advice over the phone or via e-mail after installation.

By signing the invoice provided, customer agree to pay in full upon completion of work for labour/materials provided, as agreed with TeleSat Solutions. All goods remain the property of TeleSat Solutions until paid in full. Failure to pay in full once the work has been completed will result in any goods/services provided by TeleSat Solutions being removed, and/or legal court action.

If it is necessary to obtain relevant permission from the owner/ landlord/ agency etc., it is the customer's duty to do so, prior to installation work carried out. TeleSat Solutions will not held any responsibility for any damage to property (such as holes, fixings etc.) if it has not been acquired. In the event of equipment installed requiring re-positioning or de-installation, extra charges apply.

Our guarantee to beat any quotation applies to written quotations which must be no older than 1 month prior to TeleSat Solutions quotation date. Quotations cannot be taken off a website. Our promise covers work to the same specification.
